1. Information We Collect

SimplePay is designed with privacy in mind. Since we do not require user accounts, we collect minimal information:

  • No accounts: there is nothing to register for, we don't build a profile of you, and we don't track you across sites
  • No cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that store personal data
  • Transaction data: Payment amounts are processed through the blockchain, not stored by us
  • Contact form: if you write to us, your own email client sends us your name, email and message. We use it only to reply — it stays in our inbox, not in a database.
  • Language preference: the language you pick is saved in your browser's local storage so pages stay in it. It never leaves your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

SimplePay does not collect:

  • Identity documents or verification data — there is no KYC
  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Bank account or credit card information
  • Browsing history or cookies for tracking
  • Passwords — we never ask for one

3. How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no data to use. The tool simply generates payment buttons for you to use on your website.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties because we don't collect any. To confirm a payment, your browser queries Avalanche's public RPC endpoint directly — and Snowtrace, if you open the receipt link. Those services can see your IP address as part of that request; we neither receive nor store it. We may also use third-party services for hosting, bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Blockchain Transparency

All cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on the public Avalanche blockchain. This data is inherently transparent and immutable. We do not control or have the ability to delete blockchain records.

7. Your Rights

Since we don't store personal data, there is no data to access, update, or delete. You retain full control of your wallet and transactions.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
