1. Description of Service

SimplePay is a tool that helps merchants generate payment buttons to accept USDT payments on the Avalanche network. We provide the interface to create payment links; we do not hold, custody, or manage your funds.

2. No Account Required

SimplePay does not require user accounts. You can use the tool directly without registration. We do not store any personal data.

3. Fees

SimplePay charges a 1% fee per transaction to the merchant. This fee is automatically deducted from each payment. The buyer is responsible for Avalanche network gas fees. There are no hidden fees, monthly charges, or setup costs.

4. Payments and Settlements

All payments are processed directly on the Avalanche blockchain. Funds are sent directly to the merchant's configured wallet address. SimplePay does not hold funds at any point. Settlement is immediate upon blockchain confirmation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SimplePay for:

• Illegal goods or services
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

6. Limitation of Liability

SimplePay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for blockchain network delays, wallet errors, or losses due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the merchant.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SimplePay after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
